Description

Panicum ‘Frosted Explosion’

Panicum elegans

Plant it en masse, it will soften the edges of beds and borders and give all important movement, as well as sound as the breeze passes through.

For cutting, Panicum ‘Frosted Explosion’ is extremely productive and a brilliant foliage filler.

Light and airy, it twinkles in the light.

Packets are super sized, counted by weight there are at least 100 seeds in every packet!

How to grow:

Sow seeds undercover onto the surface of the compost, covering lightly with soil.

Seeds benefit from a bit of warmth for germination, 19-22°C is ideal.

Plant out spaced 22cm apart. Panicum will bulk up producing ‘sparkler’ wands for use in bouquets and arrangements from Summer until the frosts.
